I am able to see clients Sunday-Wednesday beginning at 4pm until about 8pm PST. I am able to schedule appointments later than 8pm, if you have a schedule that accommodates that.

Unfortunately I am not able to offer earlier times than 4pm PST nor much flexibility with the days of the week I am seeing clients.

I am only able to offer telehealth sessions to residents of Oregon at this time.

At this time I am currently in-network with Aetna and Cigna/Evernorth .

If you have out of network benefits for mental health services, I am working with Thrizer to help make Out of Network benefits easier to use. Please see the question below for more information about Out of Network benefits and Thrizer.

I have partnered with Thrizer, which aims to make Out of Network (OON) care more accessible for clients. Most private insurance plans also include coverage for providers not paneled with their insurance.

There are two different ways that we can check if you have Out of Network (OON) benefits.

1. You can use Thrizer’s OON benefit checker immediately below.

2. You can manually contact your insurance provider and inquire if there are OON benefits for mental health services. Things to consider if manually inquiring your OON benefits.

   • Do I have a OON deductible?

   • Do my OON benefits cover CPT code 90837?

If discover you have OON benefits for therapy, but have a deductible that needs to met first, we are still able to use Thrizer’s services and the session fees will be directly applied towards that deductible. Once that deductible is met, you will be able to pay a portion of the session fee and Thrizer will wait for the rest of the reimbursement from your insurance company.

Yes! I offer both sliding scale rates for both individual clients and couples. I have a limited number of slots available.

A consultation is a 25-minute (free!) meeting that gives us the opportunity to chat, briefly discuss what may have brought you to reach out, and learn a bit more about me. I invite any and all questions that you might have for a potential therapist during this time! All in all, it is a time where you get to decide if you want to move forward with scheduling an intake appointment together.

Yes of course! I would be lying if I claimed to be skilled at treating everyone. I care about the goals and wellbeing of every potential client, even the ones I don’t end up working with. If you reach out for a consultation and we aren’t a match, I will work with you to compile a list of appropriate referrals. Below, I have included a list of areas that I am less knowledgeable in treating, so I tend to refer out to clinicians who have more expertise than I do in the subject.
