Attachment-based trauma therapist in Oregon serving both individuals and couples
Hi, I’m Kelsey.
I’m glad you’re here.

Virtual telehealth openings for
Sunday-Wednesday
4pm-8pm
Thank you for considering me during your search for a new therapist.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in the state of Oregon able to provide virtual telehealth therapy to both couples and individuals. For more information about me, my education, training, and experience please visit this page.
Beginning with a new therapist can feel like a strange thing. The client in therapy is expected to be vulnerable with the therapist and talk, process, and sit with incredibly hard things when I am virtually a stranger. This dynamic is not lost on me at all and is something I have experienced as someone in therapy myself. Because of this, I feel that finding a therapist you can learn to feel safe with is one of the most important parts of this process. I prioritize getting to know you as the human behind your struggles because you are more than what you have gone through.
I offer a free 25 minute consultation to help meet this goal in the middle. No one wants to complete (or pay) for an intake assessment just to feel that the therapist isn’t a good fit for you. To help meet this in the middle, I offer a free 25-30 minute consultation where we can chat, you can ask any questions and get to know me a little bit beyond text on a website.
Who do I work with?
Below is a list of descriptors, patterns, and symptoms I have experience working with and find my approach, style, personality has historically been the most compatible with. However, the list below is just that, a list of descriptors and the people I work with are so much more than this list. If you don’t resonate with any of the descriptors below, but would still like to reach out, please don’t hesitate to and let’s chat during a consultation.
